NeedAdriver
is a family owned and operated temporary employment business established
to supply Norwich and the local area in early 2001. The business was
founded by Jim and Jilly Abbott, who both come from managerial and
administrative backgrounds, both dealing with a broad range of HR office
and transport related matters in their day to day operations.
Jim is a fully trained driving instructor, holding vocational
licences up to LGV class 1 and qualifications in advanced driving. As
many of our clients know, he is not afraid of getting his hands dirty
and has often been seen driving vehicles across the range all around the
area. Our staff are very well trained in their knowledge of Driving
rules and regulations, highway code and health and safety matters.
Our business was originally formed as part of a network franchise and it
soon became apparent that this did not work for us here in Norfolk, as
we were unable to provide a local level of service at competitive
prices. |
In 2003 we parted
company with the Network Franchise and continued trading with the new
name, that everyone has now come to know as NeedAdriver. Our loyal
customer base were fully supportive of this move and have remained loyal
ever since.
Like any business, it has been an uphill fight to establish ourselves as
a local supplier of temporary drivers. We have just celebrated our 7th
year in business and pride ourselves on supplying staff to all sectors
of the industry from major blue chip companies, using our services on a
daily basis to small businesses using us just a few times a year.
The corner stone for our business is communication. We aim to give value
for money and a very high level of service based on long term effective
partnerships. We have gained a reputation for providing a fresh, honest
and traditional approach to recruitment without any compromise. Our
success rate is high because we work harder and smarter for both our
clients and candidates. |
